Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) before using the Witch Veil website. By browsing or buying from witchveil.com you agree to be bound by them.
1. General
These Terms apply to every visitor, user and customer of Witch Veil. We may update or change them at any time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
2. Products
We may change or withdraw any product at any time without notice, and we are not liable to you or to anyone else for doing so.
Every piece is made to order after your order is placed. Our pieces are made from vegan leather and each design is applied by UV printing. Colour may vary slightly with screen settings and with the natural character of the material. That variation is a mark of how the piece is made, not a fault.
Because every piece is produced for you individually, we hold no stock and cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, including the card, the edition, the size or the material. Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Anything that arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged or incorrect is replaced when reported to cs@witchveil.com within 30 days of delivery. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy in full before ordering.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US Dollars and may change without notice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must clear in full before your order goes into production.
If a price is listed in error we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Offers and discounts
Promotional offers, including any free item or set discount, apply automatically in the cart when the conditions are met, and only while the offer is running. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Where an offer includes a free item, that item carries the same Refund and Returns Policy as anything else in the order.
5. Order acceptance
Placing an order is not a binding contract. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for production capacity, pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel, you are told and refunded in full.
6. Intellectual property
All artwork, images, designs, text and logos on this site are the property of Witch Veil and are protected by copyright. Every card is drawn for us and is not licensed stock. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, resell or print our artwork without written permission.
7. Your conduct
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to send harmful, offensive or fraudulent content, to try to get unauthorised access to our systems, or to infringe anyone else’s rights.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Witch Veil is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for the order in question.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the products are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law rules.
