The three leathers
Smooth vegan leather
Lightweight, with the most vibrant print finish. The surface is flat and even, so the artwork comes out at its sharpest: fine linework, gold detail and deep colour all read clearly. It is also the lightest of the three. Choose smooth if the artwork is the reason you are buying the bag and you want it to look as close to the original drawing as possible.

Twill vegan leather
A textured feel that resists scratches. Twill has a fine woven texture pressed into the surface. The print takes on a slightly softer, more matte look, and the texture helps hide the small marks that come from daily use: keys, zips, being set down on a table. Choose twill if this will be your everyday bag and it is going to work for a living.

Premium grain vegan leather
A natural look that is buttery soft. Premium grain has the irregular pebble of real hide and the softest hand of the three. The artwork sits into the grain a little, which gives it a richer, more aged character, closer to an old book cover than a print. Choose premium grain if you want the bag to feel like a quality piece first and an artwork second.

Medium or small?
- Medium (13.8 x 10.6 x 5.5 in). The everyday size. It holds a wallet, phone, keys, a book, a makeup bag and the rest of the day.
- Small (9.8 x 7.7 x 4.5 in). For evenings, travel days and lighter carry: phone, wallet, keys and a lipstick.
If you are torn, think about what is in your current bag right now. If it would not fit in the small, go medium.
How the artwork is printed
Witch Veil artwork is UV printed. The ink is cured with ultraviolet light as it is laid onto the leather, so it bonds into the surface rather than sitting on top of it like a heat transfer or a sticker. The result is a print that is part of the bag, with crisp edges and colour that holds up to everyday carrying.
How to look after a vegan leather bag
- Wipe, do not soak. Use a soft cloth, lightly damp, and a drop of mild soap for marks. Dry it with a clean cloth afterwards.
- Skip harsh cleaners. Alcohol, solvents and leather conditioners made for animal hide can dull the surface and the print.
- Keep it out of long, hot sun. A day out is fine; weeks on a sunny shelf or in a hot car can fade any printed surface.
- Store it stuffed and covered. Fill the bag with paper so it keeps its shape, and keep it in a dust bag away from rough surfaces.
